Registration and Account Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register on betbdt, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Providing an accurate name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address (where applicable) during registration is mandatory. betbdt reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit all winnings if false information is used during registration.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one betbdt account. Opening multiple accounts from the same person, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all accounts will be closed immediately and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account login credentials secure. You are advised not to share your password with anyone and to always sign out after logging in on an unfamiliar device. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact betbdt support immediately.

2.4 Third-Party Use Prohibited

No one may operate an account on behalf of another person or using another person's funds. A betbdt account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

3.1 Age Requirement

All betbdt services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Protecting minors from accessing the service is a priority for betbdt. When age verification is requested, the user must submit a copy of their national ID card or passport.

3.2 KYC Process

betbdt reserves the right to verify the identity, address, or payment method of any user at any time. If the required information is not provided within 72 hours of a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended.

If discrepancies or false information are found during identity verification, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

betbdt currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. When making a deposit, ensure the correct amount and reference number are entered. betbdt is not responsible for transactions made with incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be approved to a verified payment method, and the name on the payment account must match the account name.

4.3 Account Balance

The balance in a betbdt account is intended solely for betting or gaming activities. No interest applies to account balances. betbdt may follow a separate policy for long-inactive accounts, which will be communicated to the user in advance.

To withdraw from a bonus balance, the associated wagering requirement must be met. The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

betbdt offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; the wagering requirement on this bonus will be ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000. The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus.

5.2 Other Promotions

Each betbdt promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant page. Generally applicable rules:

  • Each promotion is claimable only by eligible users and within the specified time period.
  • Another bonus cannot be activated while one promotion is active, unless stated otherwise.
  • If a bet placed with bonus funds loses, that amount is simply lost — no additional compensation applies.
  • betbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Bonus abuse, attempting to complete wagering at low risk using score draws, or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts violates betbdt's policy. If such activity is identified, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

betbdt reserves the right to cancel bets in certain circumstances, such as: if an event is cancelled, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, or if match fixing is suspected. The original stake will be returned for any cancelled bet.

6.2 Odds Changes

During live betting, odds may change at any time. The outcome of a bet is determined by the odds at the time the bet is confirmed. If odds change before confirmation, betbdt will either accept the bet at the new odds or ask the user to confirm again.

6.3 Bet Limits

betbdt reserves the right to set maximum stake limits for various markets and events. betbdt may adjust limits for high-risk markets or when unusual betting patterns are identified.

6.4 Casino Games and Slots

The RTP and rules for slots, live casino, and other games available on betbdt follow the guidelines of the respective game provider. In the event of a technical fault in a game, bets and winnings may be voided and the original stake returned.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on the betbdt platform:

  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
  • Fraud, deception, or using another person's payment method.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Betting or gaming using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Threatening or abusive behaviour toward other users or betbdt staff.
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform for unfair advantage.
  • Creating an account using another person's personal information.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, the relevant authorities may be notified.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by betbdt

betbdt may temporarily suspend any account if there is suspicion of a terms violation, a need for verification, or for security reasons. The user of a suspended account will be notified by email and given the opportunity to resolve the issue.

8.2 Permanent Closure

In cases of serious terms violations, an account will be permanently closed. If a valid real-money balance exists (not bonus funds), betbdt will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. In cases of fraud or illegal activity, the entire balance may be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Closure

A user may request account closure at any time. All active bets and pending withdrawal requests must be settled before closure. If account closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, betbdt will provide full assistance.

Privacy and Personal Information
